:: About Me ::
I started when I left school at 16, back in 2000. Although at the time I was a one-man-band website designer, and very new to the game, I managed to keep ahead by anticipating what the market would be like in the future. During my time at school, I developed small websites, mainly for fun.
I created the U-MUPPET website. This had java and flash games found from the internet, a blog and photos of friends / what we did on the weekend. The website started to become popular amongst local schools and I soon found people who knew me purely via that website. I also found that I had a skill that even my teachers were impressed with and decided this is what I wanted to do with the rest of my life.
In order to improve my skills I took a post-graduate course with Microsoft and pass their Solution Developer exams with distinction and am now an MCP
I quickly found that the best business was not from large companies, but local companies, individuals and organizations. I came to the conclusion that because each website is different and is for different people and you can't put a specific price on unknown work, however, being young and independent. I can offer great value for money.
And THAT'S the whole ethos of YouCanHaveOneToo was born.
I will happily quote on any job as long as it's legal and interesting
